How do I pay for my web Design Work?Web design work is charged up front, so we can pre-order your chosen domain names and get set to work on your website as quickly as possible. We accept bank transfers, cheques and also paypal payments. We will send you an invoice and receipt. What is the Process?Submit your requirements by email to webmaster@madcomputersolutions.co.uk for a no obligation quote, alternatively buy one of the packages we have on offer and email us your logo, photographs and details you would like including on the website. If you have not got appropriate photographs to be incorporated into your web design, we recommend www.istockphoto.com for a selection of affordable high quality images. Don't know which images are suitable? Dont Panic, we will guide you through the process from start to finish. How long will it take for my website to appear on Google?We will optimise your website design for search engine submission and offer advice and assistance. There is no guaranteed time frame for your website in appearing in search engines, however the usual time is approx 2 weeks. What do I do when I need website updates?You choose how you want to manage updates to your site. We can provide login details to ftp details so you can manage the site as you wish. If you would like us to update your site for you, we charge £27.00 per hour, alternatively take advantage of our update retainer, get 2 hours of updates a month for £30.00 (minium 6 month contract). Are there any other charges I need to be aware of ?The only recurring charge is the hosting account and domain name which is charged annually if you host with us. Submit Your Design BriefOK! So you have bought your package and are ready to go! First thing you need to do is decide on your domain name. To check to see if your name is available, use the tool below. Note: You do not need to include www. when searching. Our web design packages come with .co.uk domain names. If you would like a.com, .net, .info name, these are available for a small fee.
To Submit a design brief to us email all your requirements to webmaster@madcomputersolutions.co.uk, also attach any photos and text that you would like included on your new website. Also, Don't forget to include what domain name you would like your website at. Once we receive this we will send over an image of a proposed design to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
