PC Health Check – £59.99 inc VAT (home or workshop)

PC Running slowly? We will restore your PC to peak performance with our healthcheck service. This includes:

• Virus & adware/spyware removal
• Dust Removal
• Microsoft Updates (Original CD Rom Required)
• Hard Drive Check and defragmentation
• System Diagnosis

Computer Repairs – £48.00 per hour (inc VAT)

No Fix No Fee! If we are unable to repair your computer you will not be charged. However, if we advise you of a solution/repair and you decide not to take that advice, charges will still apply.

PC Upgrades – Prices Vary

If you are thinking of having your PC upgraded we can help. Most new PC’s will take just about any upgrade where some of the older machines require parts that are of the same specification. If you’re not sure what to do, we’ll carry out a FREE upgrade check, and let you know what can be done. We can also custom build your dream computer to your own specification.

Computer Installation – £48.00 per hour (inc VAT)

Bought your first computer? Confused and don’t know where to start? Let us help you. We will set-up your computer for you, and advise how to avoid viruses and spyware. We will also help you connect to the internet, and show you how to use your new software.

Re-Format and Install – £59.99 (inc VAT – workshop only)

We will collect your computer from your home, format your hard drive and re-install the operating system. This includes the installation and service packs and full windows update.

Network Installation – from £48.00 (inc VAT)

Why not let us install your wireless network and securely share your broadband connection, also you can safely share printers and files without any wires. We can also advise and supply any network equipment required.

Notes: The above prices assume a maximum distance of 10 miles from the engineers home base. Additional charges may apply when travelling distance exceeds 10 miles. All prices will be discussed and agreed with the customer prior to a visit being booked.

Virus Removal – from £48.00 (inc VAT)

If your computer or laptop is infected with a virus, or has spyware or malware installed your data is at risk. Passwords and bank details may be stolen, and important files deleted. Unwanted pop ups and slow computer performance, and computer failure is common. MAD Computer Solutions offer a professional virus removal service.

Remote Support – £48.00 Per hour (inc VAT)

Our engineers are able to connect to your computer remotely and resolve the problem. a £1.50 surcharge is applicable if paying by credit/debit card.
